SEATING & RESERVATIONS
Seating is reserved. Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before showtime. If there is a waiting list, we will begin to release and sell reserved tickets 5 minutes before showtime. Cancellations with 24 hours notice will be refunded. For all box office questions or other customer service, please write to email@example.com or call 707 442 6278.
WHEEL CHAIRS AND SPECIAL NEEDS
We are happy to make accommodations for guests using wheel chairs, walkers, seeing-eye dogs, or other mobility devices. Please contact the theater beforehand so that we can adequately provide arrangements for your comfort and safety.
CELL PHONES & CAMERAS
Please turn off or silence any cell phones before the show. Bright cellphone screens can be a distraction to patrons sitting behind you. Also absolutely NO photography or video recording during the performance.
Smoking and open flame is prohibited in all areas of the building. Please note the location of the exits—at the front door, and on the right side of the stage in the hallway leading to the restroom. In the event of an emergency, please walk to the nearest exit. The ushers and House Manager will assist you in locating the exits, should you need it. We pride ourselves on being a safe, comfortable space for all of our patrons and volunteers! Aggressive and disruptive behavior may be grounds to be asked to leave, and we reserve the right to refuse service to patrons that are negatively affecting the experience of others.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES
Please no outside food or beverages at our performances. We provide a variety of food and drinks at our concessions stand which can be purchased at intermission or before the show.
